Players may choose any of the following units and divide their allocation of strength points (SP) between them.

Basic maximum unit size\initial cost

Type in strength points

Infantry 12 ( Repeating Rifles)

Cavalry 10 (Mixed weapons)

Lt Artillery steel barrels 8

Trained militia Infantry 10 (Breach loading rifle)

Irr Cavalry MW 8

To up-grade the above units will cost additional strength points from your total available. The list below shows what up-grades are available and their costs in SPs per unit.

 

2 SP For each one SP increase in a units strength point allocation.

3 SP To train a unit to act as Light Infantry (LI)

3 SP To train a unit to be marksmen

2 SP To train infantry as trench assault troops who can infiltrate

2 SP To equip and train a cavalry unit to be Lancers

2 SP To train cavalry as mounted infantry

2 SP To equip a cavalry unit with repeating carbines (RC)

3 SP To train a cavalry unit to operate as light infantry

2 SP To upgrade Lt artillery to medium

4 SP To upgrade Lt artillery to heavy

1 SP To change any artillery to howitzers (Lt howitzers can also be classed as trench mortars)

1 SP To train a unit as pioneers

2 SP To train a unit as engineers

3 SP To equip engineers with flame throwers

2 SP To train a unit as mountaineers

2 SP To change guns to high angle anti-aircraft guns or to equip artillery as light pack artillery Mtn guns

1 SP To re-equip an artillery unit with late machine-guns (LMG)

2 SP To equip an infantry unit with an LMG thus raising its SP by 1

2 SP To train and equip artillery as quick firers (QF)

3 SP To down grade a unit to poor marksmen

2 SP Per 9cm of barbed wire for use in defence

3 SP For a static observation balloon

A Lorry costs 4 points ( can carry 1 infantry unit or supplies)

An Armored Car costs 10 SP (has 1 LMG)

A Light Tank costs 12 SP (has 2 LMG’s)

A Heavy Tank costs 14 SP (has 1 LMG and 1 Lt artillery steel)

A Scout Aeroplane costs 10 SP

A Two seater aeroplane costs 12 SP

A Train costs 15 SP (has 1 LMG and 2 Lt artillery steel)

A Shallow bottom steam boat costs
