The Principles of War rules emphasize officers command and control, orders must be written at the beginning of the game.  The orders file can be downloaded to assist in writing game orders and terrain objectives. The file is Microsoft Word.

Terrain types are rolled during game play to assist in marking terrain, the tables in the terrain file may be useful. Again format is Microsoft Word.
