The Principles of War series of rules are used extensively in the United Kingdom for competitions. I try to get to most of these competitions; if you fancy a try, drop me a line. I may even be able to through together  a matched pair of armies for you. We are always keen to see new people and we are a friendly bunch.  The rules don't produce many arguments and disputes are quickly resolved by the umpires. If you don't know the rules too well, again no panic, competitions are how a number of us got to learn them!

I gain my first trophy at Britcon this year, second place in Napoleonic Competition.

This site lists hundreds of Wargaming events form around the world.
